Can I set my domain to auto-renew?

Yes, you can! Domains set to auto-renew will renew 7 days before expiry.

What happens when a domain expires?

When a domain expires, there is a 40-day grace period for renewal at regular cost. If not renewed, it enters a 30-day redemption period.

What’s the maximum registration period for a domain?

Domains can be purchased and renewed for up to 10 years in advance.

Do you support premium or Internationalized Domain Names (IDN)?

Currently, we do not offer premium domains or IDNs.

Can I transfer domains to and from Rogue Hosting?

Certainly! For transferring domains to Rogue Hosting, our support team can assist with the required Auth/Transfer Code.

Do you provide refunds for domain purchases?

Refunds are unavailable for domain-related payments due to circumstances out of our control

Will TLD pricing ever change?

TLD prices may change due to external registry updates. We’ll notify you ahead of time through email. You can secure current pricing for up to 10 years by registering/renewing domains in advance.
