1. Signing in to your email

Last updated July 19, 2026

Your webmail is at mail.yourdomain.com — your own address, not ours. Sign in with your full email address as the username, and your email password, which is separate from your website password.

1.1 Which email do you have?

Not every business we look after uses the email we host. Some use Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or a mailbox that came with an older setup. These instructions are for email hosted by us — if you sign in to your email through Google or Microsoft today, keep doing that, and see If your email is with Google or Microsoft instead.

Not sure? Ask us and we will tell you in one line which one you are on.

You can read and send your email from any web browser, without setting anything up.

1.2 Signing in

  1. Go to mail.yourdomain.com — your own web address with mail. in front. If your website is rootedbakery.com, your webmail is mail.rootedbakery.com.
  2. For your username, enter your full email address — for example [email protected], not just you.
  3. Enter your email password.

1.3 A note about passwords

Your email password is separate from your Hub password and separate from your website password. They can be different, and for safety they should be. Changing one does not change the others.

1.4 If you cannot get in

  • Check that you typed the full address, including the part after the @.
  • Passwords are case-sensitive — check that Caps Lock is off.
  • If you have forgotten it, get in touch and we will reset it for you. For security we cannot tell you your existing password; we can only set a new one.

1.5 Reading email elsewhere

Webmail is convenient but optional. Most people prefer their email on their phone and computer as well — see the setup guides in this section.

Still stuck?

You have a steward, not a ticket queue. Reach out and a real person from the valley will answer.
