1. Introduction
By applying to become an affiliate with Rogue Hosting, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this agreement in full before submitting your application. By completing the form, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.
Important Notice: Due to current administrative and legal requirements, all affiliates must provide invoices for any commissions earned. This is necessary for compliance and transparency and must be accepted as a condition of participation.
Rogue Hosting is operated by Cerdan Studio, LLC, and we are committed to fair, transparent, and lawful business practices.
2. Affiliate Registration Requirements
To become an affiliate, you must:
- Complete the registration form accurately and honestly.
- Provide a valid email address and agree to email communication.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
Review Process: Each application is reviewed manually. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion, without the obligation to provide a reason.
Disqualifying Factors Include (but are not limited to):
- Promotion of illegal or unethical content
- Association with hate speech, violence, or misinformation
- Coupon or deal aggregator websites
- Misleading or manipulative marketing tactics
We may also reject any application if we feel the affiliate is not a good fit for our brand or mission.
3. Commissions & Payments
Commission Structure:
- Affiliates earn a 10% commission on first-time customer sales.
- Commission is based on the net revenue after discounts and refunds.
Payment Details:
- Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD
- Payments are issued monthly via PayPal or other approved method
- Affiliates must submit a valid invoice to receive payment
- Cookie duration: 60 days
- Self-referrals are not allowed (you may not earn commission on your own purchases)
Tax Compliance: Affiliates are responsible for any taxes or legal reporting requirements in their country of residence.
4. Permitted & Restricted Promotion Methods
You MAY promote Rogue Hosting through:
- Personal blogs or websites
- Email newsletters (to opted-in subscribers)
- Social media accounts where you are active and transparent
- YouTube or other content channels you own
You MAY NOT:
- Use spam or unsolicited emails
- Bid on Rogue Hosting brand keywords in paid search
- Misrepresent the Rogue Hosting brand or make false claims
- List your affiliate link on coupon or deal websites
- Use deceptive redirecting or cloaking techniques
Violating any of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. Termination of Account
Rogue Hosting reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Inactivity over a long period
- Misalignment with our brand or values
- Program restructuring or shutdown
Affiliates may also choose to terminate their partnership with us at any time, for any reason.
6. Final Terms
By joining the Rogue Hosting Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship, nor does it authorize you to act on behalf of Rogue Hosting.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. If changes are made, we will notify all active affiliates via email.
